Vinyasa yoga is a practice of yoga in which the movement and breathing are coordinated with connecting postures. The vinyasa yoga is popular in western countries which is also practiced as a dancing style of yoga due to its rhythm of movements and breathing. This kind of yoga is derived from asthanga yoga and the asanas are depending on the mood and needs of the practitioner with different sequences of the asanas or postures that can be choreographed as a dancing form which became popular among Kenyan youth. It provides a rhythm to the body along with fitness.
